Overlooked Places to Shop - (My Top 4)
Hi Guys,
It's finally Wednesday, which means that we are two days away from Friday! Today on the blog I thought I'd talk about a few stores that people overlook.
Many people are surprised when I tell them that I got an item from such particular stores. One, because they've heard of it but the store doesn't necessarily speak "young and fun". Two, because people never think to find great items at these places.
Today I am sharing with you my top 4 places where I get great quality items at great prices!
How many of you have heard of Lord and Taylor (L&T) before? - To be honest I've walked by the store so many times and now its one of my favorite places to shop. I particularly like shopping at L&T online because that's just my preference when it comes to shopping. L&T is similar to Nordstrom, so if you're a Nordstrom girl like me, then you should definitely check them out. My favorite reason to shop at L&T is because of their shoe prices! If you are shoe lover this should be added to your list of sites to go to. It's also a plus that they offer coupons for sale price items and regular price items. I've purchased a pair of Steven Madden heels for $26! Their clothing selection is just as affordable.

I know EVERYONE has heard of Target, but not necessarily as a go-to for clothing and other wearable goodies. Before I started realizing Target sold great items, I only went there for my usual Orea Thins and beauty pick-ups. However, over the years Target has been doing more and more collaborations with designers, which I believe is a smart retail move for any fashion store. My two favorite collaborations from Target is A New Day and Who What Wear. The shoes over the years have gotten a lot cuter as well. I've gotten some cute boyfriend blazers and some velvet platform sandals that are currently my favs. Check out some linked items below.

If there is one place I hated my mom taking me to when I was younger, it was JCPenney. I didn't understand why she loved this place so much. However about three years ago, I walked into JCP and I couldn't believe the things that I saw. They weren't old looking, they were actually really stylish pieces and over the years JCP has evolved their brands and collaborated with some great people. I always go in there whenever I'm at the mall and I end up buying 3-4 really great pieces. Most recently JCP sent me a gift card that I used to purchase a pair of jeans, a sweater and, a really really cute burgundy velvet blazer.

Last, but not least is my unique favorite, TJMaxx. This is actually the only store I prefer going into rather than shopping online. Every time you walk in, it's almost like unwrapping Christmas presents. You don't know what you are expecting, but once you see it, it brings so much joy lol. I've literally walked into TjMaxx finding some cute Levi jeans for $15 bucks. The great thing about stores like TjMaxx is that when higher end brands are trying to get rid of some former season inventory, it goes to stores like TjMaxx and are marked for 50-75% off! I bought a pair of Vince Camuto heels that were $90 regular price, but $29.99 at TjMaxx.
